Refund Policy

Because we sell digital license keys that are delivered instantly, refunds are limited. We will however always work with you in good faith to resolve activation issues.

1. Eligible for Refund

  • The key you received does not activate and our support team cannot resolve it.
  • Duplicate orders placed in error, where the duplicate key was not activated.
  • Order not delivered within 24 hours of successful payment.

2. Not Eligible

  • The license key has been activated or revealed and used.
  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Incompatibility with your device when system requirements were clearly listed.

3. How to Request

Email support@softhub.my within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Activation Support First

Most activation problems are resolved within 24 hours by our support team. Please contact support before requesting a refund.
