These Terms govern your purchase of digital software licenses from SOFTHUB.MY. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.
1. Products
We sell genuine, vendor-verified software license keys. Keys are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, typically within minutes of successful payment.
2. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
3. Delivery
License keys are delivered by email. If you have not received your key within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact support@softhub.my.
4. License & Use
Each key is subject to the original publisher's End User License Agreement (EULA). You agree to comply with that EULA. Keys are for single end-user use unless the product listing states otherwise.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Once a license key is delivered and activated, the sale is considered final.
6. Support
Activation support is included for every purchase. Contact support@softhub.my with your order number.
7. Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
